Pale Rider is an avant-garde musical group from Redlands, California, blending atmospheric layers and harmonic post-punk to create a sound that balances introspection and raw emotion. Their name symbolizes the universal journey of life—the “Rider” embodies our shared experiences of love, loss, and the unknown, while “Pale” signifies a return to authenticity before life’s complexities alter us.

Originally initiated as a solo project by Rus, who self released the band’s debut LP “2is1” in 2022 , the collaboration expanded to include Thomas, Jon, and Joe, culminating in a lineup that pushes past genre conventions to create immersive, transformative music. Their latest album, 1to0, explores the journey of love from unity to solitude, recorded remotely to highlight their connectivity despite distance. As they venture into live performances, Pale Rider aims to bring their sweeping emotional landscapes to stage, inviting listeners to embark on this evolving journey alongside them, where every note resonates long after it fades. 1to0 will be released on Feb 28th, 2025.
